Provocative Conference Session Titles!

This afternoon I was doing some preparation for this year's Annual IT Service Management Leadership Forum coming up in Scottsdale in August.

And I have to admit that even to me the session titles sounded mighty interesting!

  1. "8 Rock 'N' Roll Lessons For Today's New IT Leader" - I'll let your mind wander about this one! (OK - you can cheat and read-up the full description by clicking on the link!) Suffice to say, I'll be playing some of my favourite music!
  2. "Inconvenient Truths For IT Leaders" - Inspired by the other presentation of a similar title, this one is a co-presentation with my Pink buddies, George Spalding, Troy DuMoulin & Jack Probst.
