The Annual IT Service Management Conference - Over For Another Year!
Phew! Another one almost wrapped up. I say "almost" because while the program is finished and most people are heading home, the Pink Global Events team still have a lot of packing, shipping and unpacking to do. Then, when we're all back in the office there'll be various de-brief meetings along with the collation & analysis of feedback (yes, we really do pay attention to those forms we nag you to fill out!) So, by the way, if you were at this week's Conference and you'd like to give us some extra feedback or suggestions - we'd be glad to hear from you. George Spalding and the rest of the Global Events team have already spent some weeks planning next year's Conference (along with the other events we're doing around the world between now and then) but now's the time to let them know what you thought worked well, and what you think could be improved. if you prefer, simply post a comment to this message and I'll make sure to pass it on. And just a quick note to say "thanks" to all the speakers, vendors, Pinkers and - of course - the customers who made this year's Conference such a great experience. It seems like we all had a blast - let's do it again, same time next year at the 12th Annual IT Service Management Conference at the Bellagio in Las Vegas!
