Pink Elephant is very excited about our rousing new education portfolio addition! Working with Professional Designations (PDC) and other industry subject matter experts, The integratedITSM™ Designation Scheme designation scheme includes several very significant new industry certifications.
Aimed at galvanizing IT professionals to become strong internal business partners within their organizations, the certification courses included in the scheme provide participants with very meaningful business and IT service management knowledge that will help them understand the complexities of truly ‘integrated’ business and IT systems.

This highly regarded designation signifies that the recipient has a deep understanding of the latest best practices and industry standards in integrated IT service management, integrated IT business management, Lean IT, Agile Scrum, and related enabling practices, and is equipped with the knowledge necessary to effectively contribute to and manage IT projects and teams.
Organizational Change Management Architect™
This designation demonstrates that the recipient is a highly qualified IT professional capable of effectively managing and leading others through major changes in complex environments and contributing to the overall success of their organization’s IT service management program.
IT Business Relationship Management Architect™
This designation demonstrates that the recipient is a highly qualified IT professional capable of effectively contributing to and managing several key IT and business relationships at operational, tactical, and strategic levels and contributing to the overall success of their organization’s IT service management program.
Value Stream Mapping Architect™
This designation demonstrates that the recipient is a highly qualified IT professional who has a comprehensive knowledge of process design, process management, and process mapping with the capabilities to effectively contribute to the overall success of their organization’s IT service management program.
IT Performance & Improvement Management Architect™
This designation demonstrates that the recipient is a highly qualified IT professional who has a comprehensive knowledge of how to conduct process assessments to identify improvement opportunities and implement, track, and report on meaningful IT and business metrics and measurements, as well as possesses the capabilities to effectively contribute to the overall success of their organizations IT service management program.
