Pink News Editor | February 24, 2025

Four significant champions of the IT industry were recently inducted into Pink Elephant’s IT Service Management Hall of Fame during Pink25, which was held at the Bellagio, Las Vegas, February 2-5th

Pink’s Hall of Fame inductees must demonstrate the highest levels of inspiring leadership and success – and this year’s inductees have certainly accomplished this. They are true trailblazers. These unique individuals are Charles Betz, Alan Nance, Matthew Bowles, and Charlie Miles.

Each of the inductees have promoted the use of good practices either as an employee within their employer organizations or to the wider audience of IT service management professionals through publications, blogs, and public speaking at industry conferences. They have used their knowledge, experience, and passionate ability to think deeply – as well as utilizing their communication skills to challenge all of us to get out of our comfort zones and make a difference.
