I attended a similar ITSM conference last year and it was a great experience. The sessions were very practical, especially those led by professionals who shared real case studies. Before going, I usually read reviews and event details online to know what to expect and how to prepare. It’s a good idea to check the speakers’ backgrounds and plan your schedule in advance. That way, you get the most out of the event without feeling overwhelmed.
