Pink Elephant is very excited to introduce a rousing new addition to our education portfolio.  Working with Professional Designations Corp (PDC) and other industry subject matter experts, the integratedITSM™ Designation Scheme includes several very significant new industry certifications.

Aimed at galvanizing IT professionals to become strong internal business partners within their organizations, the certification courses included in the scheme provide participants with very meaningful business and IT service management knowledge that will help them understand the complexities of truly ‘integrated’ business and IT system across the three levels present in every organization – operational, tactical, and strategic.

You can start your education journey now. There are already many courses in the scheme available and more are on the way in the coming few months.  

Here is an overview of each of the six new designations:

1. integratedITSM™ Champion™

What is sure to become a highly prized designation, the “integratedITSM™ Champion™” designation is a recognition for IT professionals who have completed a rigorous set of certifications in key areas related to IT service management, agile and lean methodologies, IT leadership, organizational change management, and more. This designation signifies that the recipient has a comprehensive understanding of the latest best practices and industry standards in integrated IT business management, integrated IT service management, and related fields. This designation also signifies that the recipient is equipped with the knowledge necessary to lead IT teams and drive meaningful change within their organizations.

Upon successful completion of the following courses/certifications, candidates are eligible to claim their “integratedITSM™ Champion™” designation:

2. integratedITSM™ Professional™

The “integratedITSM™ Professional™” designation is a highly regarded recognition for IT professionals who have completed a set of certifications in key areas related to IT service management, lean IT, and agile scrum. This designation signifies that the recipient has a deep understanding of the latest best practices and industry standards in IT service management and related enabling practices, and is equipped with the knowledge necessary to effectively contribute to and manage IT projects and teams.

Upon successful completion of the following courses/certifications, candidates are eligible to claim their “integratedITSM™ Professional™” designation:

  • The integratedITSM™ Model
  • integratedITSM™ Essentials
  • Lean IT Essentials
  • Agile Scrum Essentials

3. Organizational Change Management Architect™

This designation demonstrates that the recipient is a highly qualified and dedicated IT professional, capable of effectively managing and leading others through major change in complex environments, contributing to the overall success of their organization’s IT service management program.

Upon successful completion of the following courses/certifications, candidates are eligible to claim their “Organizational Change Management Architect™” designation:

  • The integratedITSM™ Model
  • integratedITSM™ Essentials
  • Organizational Change Management

4. IT Business Relationship Management Architect™

This designation demonstrates that the recipient is a highly qualified and dedicated IT professional, capable of effectively contributing to and managing several key IT and business relationships at operational, tactical, and strategic levels, contributing to the overall success of their organization's IT service management program.

Upon successful completion of the following courses/certifications, candidates are eligible to claim their “IT Business Relationship Management Architect™” designation:

  • The integratedITSM™ Model
  • integratedITSM™ Essentials
  • IT Business Relationship Manager

5. Value Stream Mapping Architect™

This designation demonstrates that the recipient is a highly qualified and dedicated IT professional who has a comprehensive knowledge of process design, process management and process mapping with the capabilities to effectively contribute to the overall success of their organization's IT service management program.

Upon successful completion of the following courses/certifications, candidates are eligible to claim their “Value Stream Mapping Architect™” designation:

  • The integratedITSM™ Model
  • integratedITSM™ Essentials
  • Value Stream Mapping

6. IT Performance & Improvement Management Architect™

This designation demonstrates that the recipient is a highly qualified and dedicated IT professional, who has a comprehensive knowledge of how to conduct process assessments to identify improvement opportunities and implement, track, and report on meaningful IT and business metrics and measurements, as well as possesses the capabilities to effectively contribute to the overall success of their organizations IT service management program. 

Upon successful completion of the following courses/certifications, candidates are eligible to claim their “IT Performance & Improvement Management Architect™” designation:

  • The integratedITSM™ Model
  • integratedITSM™ Essentials
  • IT Performance & Improvement Management
