Still Haven’t Had Time To Catch My Breath ....
..... after another fantastic experience at our Annual International IT Service Management Conference & Exhibition. By early next week I plan to make a few notes here of my observations and other stories from the Conference, But for now, the rest of this week is being taken up with internal Pink meetings. It's just so convenient an opportunity to meet with Pinkers who come together from all over the world this week. In the meantime, it never fails to amaze me how loyal our customers really are. Especially when it comes to the "Super Faithfull Early Bird" offer for the next Conference. Dave it was a great experience. I am hoping many, like I, took away a Monday morniong action and did something with it. I would very much like people to tweet what happened when they went away and ‘met a User’.
