Good Morning David:
I learned quite a bit this morning from your presentation.  After today, I will consider myself an Empowered Leader. I will follow your guide and research the mission & vision for my organization, as well as my IT department.  My role is that of Change Manager and it has always been difficult to see myself as a leader because it seems that I am climbing the wall that is leaning towards me.  But I must admit, that my attitude which will be followed by my behavior will definitely change.
